"What if you don't list a service that I want?"
There are so many services available on Maui that it's impossible to list them all. But if you have something that you want, by all means, please ask. Our goal is to give you what YOU want, so we'll work on your behalf to meet your desires.

"How can I be sure my wedding date will be available?"
Many couples have a specific date they want to be married. For this reason, we encourage you to book early . It is not uncommon for us to have several weddings on the same day, so if you want to assure that your time and date will be available, please book as early as possible. The way you hold your wedding date is by sending us your $300 non-refundable retainer ($1500.00 to $3750.00 for other packages). Your retainer guarantees that someone else will not come in and get your day and time.

"How do I send you my retainer?"
PAYPAL is set up to take your retainer using your personal check. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm that it has been received.

"When do I need to pay my balance?"
We ask that you pay your balance in full 45-days before your wedding date.

"How do I pay my balance?"
When you fill out the reservation form, be sure to print a copy of the services you want to order so that you'll know what your balance is. But when you're ready to make your final payment, e-mail to let us know, and do one of following: click on "CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING" off of our site, and pay the balance (same procedure as when you made your initial retainer via PayPal only). By talking together or e-mailing before hand we can make absolutely certain you are getting all of the services you want .

"Can I make changes after I've paid in full?"
You can always make changes. We're here to serve you and your wishes. Obviously, the closer to your wedding date the harder it becomes for us to guarantee the availability of paid wedding sites or wedding performers. It usually takes us a few days to establish their availability or to find acceptable alternatives for you.

"Is your service guaranteed?"
Yes. Our service is guaranteed. We will cheerfully refund what you have paid us except the non-refundable retainer paid. You'll find this is rare among coordinators. We will treat you right, knowing that the service we offer is as much a ministry as it is a business. The exception to this is when you have booked a site that is non-refundable. We will tell you which sites have these restrictions before you put a retainer down on them.

"What if I have to cancel at the last moment?"
If you cancel at the last moment, we will refund to you everything that we can. JMW will grant no refunds of the retainer or paid balance for weddings cancelled on Holidays, including Valentine's Day. Any payments made in part or in full are non refundable. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, JMW will retain the non-refundable retainer paid. JMW may retain part or all of the paid balance amounts as liquidated damages. If your Wedding is for the following Year a minimum non refundable retainer of 50% is required . If your booking is within 45 days or less of your wedding date, then the full amount is due now. Any payments made in part or in full are non refundable . Because we're not a big corporation with inflexible rules we will work with you and refund everything we can.

"What's the best way to reach you?"
